Olympic Gold Medalist Gabby Douglas is getting her own reality show and I am excited! The new show that will chronicle the Douglas family appropriately titled Douglas Family Gold will air on the Oxygen Network.
We can look forward to watching as the 19-year-old seeks to defend her title at the 2016 Olympics, her mother who is said to co-produce the show and her brother who is an Olympic hopeful in track and field.
Douglas made history in 2012 by becoming the first African-American to win gold in the individual all-around gymnastics event at the young age of 16.
