Comedian Dave Chappelle is making a comeback during a crazy time in the U.S. With all of the racially charged incidents, it is perfect timing that Chappelle just calls a coincidence. Chappelle who is known for tackling racial issues head-on is needed to shed light and knowledge during times like these. At the Art For Life benefit, where he was being awarded, Chappelle told The Associated Press that he thinks "it is important to be out now, but what's going on in the world isn't why I initially came back out."


What ever his reason, I know I sure am glad he's back. Other comedic shows just haven't fully been doing the job for me.

Is it true? It is, it is! Everyone's 90s childhood comedian Kel Mitchell from "All That" and "Kenan and Kel" is returning to Nickelodeon. There had been some talk of the Good Burger star returning to television and now it has been confirmed by Mitchell himself.  He will be starring in Nickelodeon's new show “Game Shakers”. 

It's great to see him coming back to where it all began especially after the 2006 Internet death rumors. He has made appearances in voicing cartoon characters, but it's great to see him live and in the flesh on TV. Hopefully we can soon get a Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson (who is currently SNL's longest tenured cast member) reunion. Oh boy, I'm dizzy with nostalgia. "Game Shakers" is set to debut in September.

Attention all Barbershop fans!

Ice Cube has released a promo video today for Barbershop 3 and there seems to be so much hope in this one!

There are many old familiar barbershop faces, and a few new ones. 

It has been 10 years since 'Back in Business' came out. The movies were on hold while other ventures were sought. In 2005, Barbershop was turned into a short-lived sitcom (10 episodes) on the Showtime Network.

Barbershop 3 will drop in 2016.

Just a week after threatening Tyson Beckford over an innocent Instagram photo with ex Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown is at it again. *Sighs* This week's act was Brown forcing his way into the SUV Tran and friends were leaving the club in. In the footage caught by TMZ Brown can be seen following Tran from a nightclub, pulling the SUV door open so he could get in and lastly telling one of Trans friends to move to the back so he could sit.

Wow. Really not surprised.
All of this after an open letter on Instagram where he was once again in his feelings.

Of course some of us are thinking what that car ride was like, while the rest of us are like *yawns* they need to get it together. Until next time, I guess.

Remember when the Vine video Sausage went crazy and everybody had to remake it? Well, I guess Lil Mama JUST got the memo and took it a bit too far. Lil Mama's new video 'Sausage' was released by none of than World Star Hip-Hop. Yes you read right. Lil Mama has a full out, dance choreo video for 'Sausage'. A positive: I mean if you actually listen to some of what she is saying you'll hear she is promoting safe sex. If you look at the style and some of the fashion it does sort of have an old school type of vibe (not the lyrics though y'all). You can't really be mad at that. Do what you gotta do girl!

Kids are definitely taking over press conferences and Riley Curry has now stolen two! Stephen Curry's young daughter Riley stole the show again during the aftermath of the Western Conference Finals. 

After the Warriors won Wednesday's Game 5 grabbing the franchise's first NBA Finals appearance in 40 years, Riley returned to escort her dad to the podium. She was just as adorable as the first time she stole the press.

Like the last time, she can be heard telling Steph "be quiet daddy!" This go 'round she showed us her playful side in a brief game of hide-and-seek and she blessed us with her beautiful little voice when she sang part of Big Sean's "Blessings."

Clearly Riley isn't afraid to be in the spotlight, even Steph mentioned how comfortable she is.

I honestly just love "The Skorpion Show" hosted by Kevin Simmons and Makael Mclendon. This show is filmed from Kevin's house, which Makael notoriously "DOES NOT live". 

The show highlights any and every hot topic one could dream about. Kevin and Makael don't shy away from tough topics such as riots, voting, elections, and race, but can also seamlessly flow in topics such as their love for Janet Jackson and Beyonce. The show has also interviewed celebrities such as Luke James, Brandy, Lil Mo, and a host of others. 

I personally began watching the show by mistake. I was looking for a clip of Real Housewives of Atalanta and ran across a review of RHOA of "The Skorpion Show". I could not turn away. This youtube show was more entertaining and provided a whole lot more laughs in a review than in a whole hour of Real Housewives. Ever since that fateful day I have been HOOKED. 

"The Skorpian Show" is a show on Youtube that you do not want to miss. As a viewer, you feel as if Kevin and Makael are your brothers, uncles, or cousins that you can stay arguing with and completely fall in love with at the same time.

DC Comics are attempting to fight Rihanna over trademark attempts for 'Robyn," her first name.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty's (aka Rihanna) company Roraj Trade filed a trademark request for the name Robyn back in 2014, seeking to use it as the title for her upcoming fashion and cosmetics franchise. Can you say branding?

And branding, trademarking and ownership are important in any industry. The issue is that the name Robyn closely resembles Batman sidekick; Robin. Yes, one has an I the other has a Y, but DC Comics feels it could cause confusion.

The comic creators are attempting to stop the trademark going through as they believe consumers may be confused into thinking Rihanna’s products may have ties to their own Boy Wonder, Robin.

DC argues the name is “identical and/or highly related” to their Robin character and “is likely to cause confusion, cause mistake, or to deceive the public” into thinking the two entities are connected.

There are others who use the name Robin (ie UK pop singer Robyn), so we'll just wait and see how this goes.

Jenner made public her feelings toward the made-up challenge via Twitter. She stated, “I’m not here to try & encourage people/young girls to look like me or to think this is the way they should look. I want to encourage people/young girls like me to be YOURSELF & not be afraid to experiment w your look.” Good words, but teens everywhere have already been hurt and scared trying to get lips like Jenner.
