Another dope Sundance project has come to flourish! LILA AND EVE, a tense drama that follows a grief-stricken mother who joins a support group, makes a friend who partners with her to seek her own justice, is coming to theaters this July. Lila and Eve stars Viola Davis as Lila the main character and Jennifer Lopez as Eve. The film is directed by Charles Stone III (DRUMLINE) and features Davis as an executive producer. Just check out the trailer below (it's hard not to go into detail about a good film)!
The intensity of the trailer is real, so imagine the movie in full. This is definitely one to see so be sure to check it out in theaters or on demand July 17.
