Is it true? It is, it is! Everyone's 90s childhood comedian Kel Mitchell from "All That" and "Kenan and Kel" is returning to Nickelodeon. There had been some talk of the Good Burger star returning to television and now it has been confirmed by Mitchell himself. He will be starring in Nickelodeon's new show “Game Shakers”.
It's great to see him coming back to where it all began especially after the 2006 Internet death rumors. He has made appearances in voicing cartoon characters, but it's great to see him live and in the flesh on TV. Hopefully we can soon get a Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson (who is currently SNL's longest tenured cast member) reunion. Oh boy, I'm dizzy with nostalgia. "Game Shakers" is set to debut in September.

“It’s hard to feel excited. It’s never easy to play someone that you love and care about. She’s my best friend in the world. I just had to stay focused.” Serena told BBC. Serena and Venus Williams met again in the Wimbledon quarterfinals. After a 6 year break, the two finally met up and Serena took the win from her big sis. It is exciting watching either of the Williams sisters play, but seeing them together or up against each other is just, wow. Although someone had to loose, it is still a win for the sisters. Check out highlights from the head-to-head matchup below. WRITTEN BY: VIOLA CONSTANCE | @Voila_its_Viola
This is truly a day of freedom. Lil Wayne dropped his 15-track mixtape Free Weezy Album in the wee hours of 4th of July. According to Rolling Stones the artwork for the album does not include Cash Money or Young Money logos. Guess Weezy is celebrating his freedom from music biz/record label madness. The mixtape features Wiz Khalifa, Young Jezzy, Jim Jones and many more. The opening track,"Glory," debuted on Tidal in June. FWA is streaming exclusively on Tidal, which Weezy co-owns. Listen here. While on vacation Beyonce showed love for the legalization of gay marriage by recreating her 7/11 video with lots of colorful pride. The the mini video, Bey is seen dancing with rainbow colored angel wings, hitting a workout in rainbow attire and flying by in a rainbow cape. It is never too late to show support. #LoveWins

Rihanna dropped visuals for her latest hit Bitch Better Have My Money a few days ago and now we have a full on mini movie styled video via Vevo on YouTube. Rih Rih plays no games in the video when it comes to her cash. She rides with a two-woman silent crew who carries her heavy weight. The video chronicles the girls partying while holding a hostage in wait for Rihanna's money to be paid back. The ending is a bit dark and Rih looks a bit like Carrie post pig's blood. I could definitely be biased, but this fall the film "Creed" starring Michael B. Jordan is a must see. Aside from the fact that the handsome Michael B. is lead in the film, Sylvester Stalone, Tessa Thompson, Phylicia Rashad and Wood Harris star in the film as well. The newest addition to the Rocky franchise is the story of Apollo Creed's son Adonis who ends up fighting for the Creed legacy. There are the branches or various relationships and the exploration of fighting to live against all odds. But there's Michael B. Jordan! (Can you see my bias?) Check out the trailer below. WRITTEN BY: VIOLA CONSTANCE | @Voila_its_Viola In the mist of all that we are dealing with as a culture; the burning of churches, police brutality, hate crimes and more, Kendrick Lamar hit the BET Awards and gave an amazing performance of his hit "Alright" from his To Pimp A Butterfly Album. The performance which was a look back over major events that took place in 2014 and 2015 was a sort of prelude to the video which dropped today. Check it out above and tell us what you think below. Even with all of the drama that surrounds Breezy, he never misses a beat in music. According to Billboard Chris Brown will be releasing his seventh studio album this fall.
