I often hear that "blacks play the race card to much". But often people never take a look at how race and color plays apart of continuing on the racist echoes that people claim is long dead.
Everyday with the advent of social media, we see that the exposure of racist language and behaviors is ingrained in most levels and corner of society in America. Exposing such racist vitriol is a chance to take a look what is going on in the real world. It saddens me even more that students studying at such a high level revel and are happy to sing and partake in racist chants about hanging blacks from trees and excluding "nigg*rs" from Greek organization.
During a bus ride in formal gear, SAE members chose to sing a rendition of "If you Happy and You Know It" with these lyrics:

The Tulsa World has reported that the national president of SAE called for a "cease and desist" immediately this afternoon of the University Of Oklahoma Chapter.
I'm most positive that the individuals in this video will issue some sort of apology but without the revealing of this 10-second clip would the conversation on race even be had?
Videos about murdering black people and systematic excluding them from sectors in social life prove that their is no post-racial world. This video only shows that the effort for all people to have equal and equitable access in all sector of society even in higher education is a continuous struggle?
