Authorities and law enforcement have issued mandatory evacuations for Tampa Bay areas especially for those living in flood-prone areas. Heavy rainfall has caused severe flooding in the region.
On Monday, four additional inches of rain has caused flash flooding. Emergency and rescue teams are monitoring the area and ensuring that people are safely evacuated.
