With Summer right around the corner, many are now starting their summer work out programs. While I can say I am tempted to start working out more, I always do it and lose it. I think instead this summer I want to start with a lifestyle food change. I want to detox and juice fast. While I have completed both before it was always on a small sale for a week or so. I have heard of 30 day challenge or 2 week challenges that I might be interested in trying. More reach and decisions to come.
