- McKinney Police Chief Greg Conley told reporters at a news conference Tuesday that Casebolt’s actions were “indefensible.” “Our policies, our training, our practice do not support his actions,” Conley said.

A viral video caused social media to erupt over the weekend. The video shows a McKinney officer aggressively handcuffing and pulling a bikini- clad, 14 year-old by her hair, drawing his weapon and cursing at a group of black teens following a local pool party.
- Twelve police officers responded to a disturbance call on Friday night at a suburb in McKinney. The called stated that teens were fighting.
- Earlier in the day police released this statement:
“First responding officers encountered a large crowd that refused to comply with police commands. Nine additional units responded to the scene. Officers were eventually able to gain control of the situation,” police said.
- After the video made it way online and turned viral, individuals began to look deeper into the actions of the police officer and the alleged fight

- Dajerria Becton, the teen who was aggressively pinned down in the video told Fox 4 Dallas “He grabbed me, twisted my arm on my back, and shoved me in the grass and started pulling the back of my braids,"Him getting fired is not enough."
- A video of the host of the pool part emerged explaining what led to the fight.
